I agree that as a parent/guardian my child is permitted to participate in CRF-OC’s Law Day Conference and that CRF-OC has permission to take photographs and video of my child, along with with information pertaining to the identity of my child, for the purpose of CRF-OC promotions and publicity. I understand that these images will not be used for profit or commercial endeavors, but rather to encourage future participation in CRF-OC sponsored events. I understand that my child’s photograph and information pertaining to their identity may appear in various media outlets including, but not limited to, CRF-OC flyers, newspaper articles, magazine publications, electronic communications, and television. I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CRF-OC, its employees, board of directors, officers, contractors, volunteers, program organizers, sponsors, and representatives for any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses resulting from lawsuits and other proceedings by any third parties arising out of any acts, omissions or conduct of my child while they are participating in the Law Day Conference.
